Sandra Cohen, Research Scientist with the Bureau of Environmental Analysis, Restoration and Standards will be speaking at this year's NJ-AWRA Annual Past Presidents' Luncheon. She will present on the on the State of the State’s Waters, specifically the biennial Water Quality Monitoring and Assessment for the State of New Jersey. Joining Sandra will be Kimberly Cenno, Acting Bureau Chief.
