Bio: Ms. Carol Collier serves as senior advisor and government liaison at the Academy of Natural Sciences of Drexel University. For the DWRI, she works on internal strategy teams and with outside organizations and agencies. Ms. Collier also serves as the Director of the Environmental Studies and Sustainability Program at Drexel University, as well as advising on the watershed management and development of more resilient systems for an uncertain future throughout the nation and the world. Ms. Collier is on the Boards of the PA Chapter of the Nature Conservancy, Partnership for the Delaware Estuary, The Pinchot Institute for Conservation, The Water Resources Association of the Delaware River Basin and the One Water Council of the US Water Alliance. She also is a current NJ-AWRA member, and served as president of National AWRA in 2013.
