The Stormwater Committee of the NJ-AWRA continues to sponsor a seminar series that allows for education and discussion of different stormwater related topics. The Fall 2020 seminar will be held as a virtual webinar and will focus on mitigation of harmful algal blooms in New Jersey, showcasing 4 projects that have received funding under the NJDEP HABs grant program:
Echo Lake, Newark Water Department, presented by Erin Dovel, PE and Felipe S. Contreras, PE, Kleinfelder
Rosedale Lake, Mercer County Park Commission, presented by Ed Confair, PE, PLA and Clare Moriarty, E&LP
Lake Hopatcong, Lake Hopatcong Commission, presented by Dr. Fred Lubnow, Princeton Hydro
Spruce Run Reservoir, NJWSA, presented by Heather Desko, NJWSA
This talk will be eligible for 2 NJ PE self reporting credits, and 2 AICP CM self reporting credits.
