Come join us for a webinar on stormwater utilities, offering a conceptual breakdown of the intended function to real-world examples and best practices. This talk is eligible for 2 AICP CM self-reporting credits and 2 NJ PE self-reporting credits

Speaker Bios:

Brian Friedlich, P.E. is a Principal Engineer with Kleinfelder and has over 13 years of private consulting experience in civil and environmental engineering disciplines. Mr. Friedlich also has extensive experience with the planning and design of stormwater management facilities with a focus on green infrastructure and natural systems.

Eleni Giannikopoulos is a client manager with Suburban Consulting Engineers and has a combined 15 years of experience working as an engineering consultant in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Ms. Giannikopoulos works closely with public agencies securing state funding for financing through the NJID program and is involved with large projects that require State and Federal permitting and coordinates task leaders of multiple disciplines to develop successfully integrated projects. 

Diane Alexander is a New Jersey Attorney and a partner at Maraziti Falcon, LLP. She has advised public and private sector clients regarding environmental, infrastructure, governance and resiliency related issues for over 25 years. Her practice focuses on the areas of environmental compliance and permitting including groundwater, stormwater, and surface water discharges, as well as water supply and allocation issues, wastewater discharge pretreatment and permitting, water quality management planning, user fees and connection fee issues. Notably, Ms. Alexander recently participated in the drafting of legislation relevant to connection fees and stormwater utilities.

Anthony Dill, P.E. is a municipal water, wastewater, and stormwater program manager with Arcadis. Mr. Dill  has 25 years of experience in engineering consulting to help clients manage and maintain their municipal infrastructure. who has recently managed eight stormwater utility fee studies for municipalities in Pennsylvania.
