About the Presentation

Running a wastewater utility is a lot like sailing an ocean liner across the Atlantic: when conditions are calm, it can be smooth sailing. However, when waters grow turbulent, charting a path to safe harbor becomes complex. This talk explores how wastewater entities—and the dedicated staff behind them—strive to do the "right thing" while navigating significant operational, regulatory, and environmental headwinds.
